The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the catering industry. The ideal candidate will lead the company’s sales and marketing strategies, drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market share across corporate, events, and hospitality segments.
Sales Leadership
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Identify new business opportunities in corporate catering, events, weddings, and institutional clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Marketing Strategy
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee brand management, digital marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Enhance online presence (website, social media, SEO, paid campaigns).
Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful marketing materials and campaigns.
Business Development
Drive client acquisition and retention strategies.
Develop partnerships with event planners, corporate clients, and venues.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Financial & Performance Management
Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets.
Analyze performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs to optimize strategies.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the catering or food service industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of catering operations, event sales cycles, and client management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
